Overview

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll operate embroidery equipment and support the smooth flow of production. You’ll prepare materials, monitor machine performance, and help ensure finished items meet quality expectations. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, follows processes carefully, and contributes to a coordinated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Set up embroidery machines and load materials according to job instructions.
- Monitor machine operation, identify issues, and make routine adjustments to maintain consistent output.
- Inspect completed work for stitching quality and report defects or equipment concerns.
- Keep the work area organized and coordinate material movement with warehouse and production colleagues.

Experience

Required: Practical attention to detail, ability to follow production instructions, and care when handling materials and operating equipment are important for secure, consistent work. Preferred: Manufacturing experience and warehouse experience are advantageous, along with familiarity with production workflows, quality checks, and teamwork in a hands-on setting.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
