We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The successful candidate will lead the hotel team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, and drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily hotel operations and departmental performance.
-Lead, motivate, and develop hotel management staff.
-Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
-Manage budget, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
-Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other departments
-Implement policies, procedures, and operational standards.
-Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations.
-Develop strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and guest loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience
-Previous experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality leadership role.
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Excellent financial and operational management abilities.
-Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Knowledge of hotel property management systems
