The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing evening store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, monitoring equipment and temperature controls, and ensuring all department checklists are completed.

The Night Manager provides support across departments as needed, maintains appropriate staffing in key areas, and ensures employees remain productive throughout their shifts. They are also responsible for addressing customer concerns professionally, resolving issues in a positive and timely manner, and promoting a safe, respectful, and customer-focused work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and lead a team effectively. They will ensure compliance with Health & Safety, WCB, Food Safe, and company policies, escalating employee disciplinary matters to the appropriate management personnel.

Pay: $24.00-$33.50 per hour
