Pacific X-Ray & Coring Ltd., a division of KERN BSG Management Ltd., is currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of Coring and Scanning Helper.

This position involves assisting with the operation of coring equipment and performing general labor duties across various job sites, while adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining professional standards.

- Hourly wage: $28.00–$40.00, depends on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a flexible work schedule, with primary shifts occurring Monday through Friday. Occasional evening, night, and weekend work may be required.
- Travel to and perform duties at various job sites, including outdoor environments and finished commercial or residential spaces.
- Assist with site preparation, equipment setup and maintenance, and general clean-up.
- Comply with all company health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Reliable personal transportation is required; public transit is not sufficient for site access.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

The following qualifications are considered assets but are not mandatory:





- Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and maps.
- Prior experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) or X-Ray scanning technologies.
- Previous experience in construction or related trades.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical markings in concrete structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Concrete Saw Cutting Experience

- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s
- Experience with GPR or X-Ray equipment.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with AutoCAD, Hilti Profits, and Sage is advantageous.
