The permanent position follows a 7x7 shift rotation.As an experienced Mining Technical Service Representative, you will advise customers on equipment reliability, availability, and performance. You will conduct inspections, assess machine health, coordinate service support, and align operations with Caterpillar OEM standards. The position may be based in Edmonton, Alberta or British Columbia.Key Responsibilities:
