This full time position offers CAD 120-130K per year within the BFSI domain, with on-call rotation and strong focus on platform reliability.The role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Loyalty/Marketing Cloud, Apex coding, APIs, and ITIL-aligned incident management. You will handle production incidents, RCA, and cross-functional coordination to resolve issues promptly.
