This role focuses on scalable channels.Working on the Growth Marketing team, you will run paid social, programmatic, direct mail, streaming audio, and emerging-channel tests. You will manage performance budgets, evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, and recommend whether experiments should scale, pivot, or stop. The role supports MaintainX pipeline while building future marketing investments.Key Responsibilities:




Design structured tests across emerging growth channelsManage test budgets and shift spending toward performanceAnalyze results and present recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadersUse AI tools for creative testing and campaign optimizationDocument frameworks and results for reusable experimentationRequirements:
Hands-on performance campaign and budget management experienceExperience co-managing $250K–$500K or more annuallyTrack record structuring tests and measuring impactB2B growth or performance marketing experience, ideally SaaSFluency with analytics tools and a CRMApply growth experimentation, performance marketing, analytics, and AI tools to expand MaintainX customer acquisition beyond paid search.
