Responsibilities include project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and financial performance. The role works closely with estimators, superintendents, foremen, site teams, clients, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate permits, licences, procurement, documentation, and project start-upManage project controls, contingency planning, change orders, and forecastsCoordinate resources and subcontractors against project milestonesNegotiate with suppliers, vendors,



and subcontractors for project requirementsLead close-out, debriefs, documentation, and lessons learnedRequirements:
At least five years of civil construction project management experienceExperience delivering projects through completion and close-outUnderstanding of cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and procurementStrong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skillsClient-facing experience and a valid driver's licence requiredBring infrastructure project management, commercial oversight, and team coordination skills to civil construction projects across British Columbia.
