Turn donor partnerships into youth mental health impact as Jack.Org’s Senior Development Officer, based in Toronto or remotely elsewhere in Canada.This full time fundraising position builds lasting relationships with major donors and prospects while advancing Jack.Org’s mission. You will research opportunities, connect partner interests with organizational programs, and create meaningful engagement strategies. The role reports to the Director, Development, with collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:
Research prospects and upgrade mid-level and annual donorsConnect donor interests with mission opportunitiesWrite logical, engaging proposals and funding communicationsMaintain accurate donor documentation and database updatesLearn mission activities and provide relevant donor informationRequirements:
Five-plus years of progressive revenue development experienceDemonstrated success closing major giftsSuperior verbal, written, and public speaking skillsExperience with Salesforce or relational databasesFrench language proficiency is an assetUse relationship-building, proposal writing, and prospect development expertise to grow sustainable revenue for Jack.Org’s mission.
