Shape user experiences for Clio’s legal technology with research, usability testing, and engaging storytelling across the United States and Canada.This Senior Product Designer joins Clio’s Product Design team and works with Product Management and Engineering. You will research lawyers’ and staff’s needs, break down complex concepts, and champion experiences that support customer value. The Platform team is integrating products so users and data move through Clio’s system without friction.Key Responsibilities:
Write research plans and conduct user interviewsLead usability testing and analyze research findingsCraft compelling visions through engaging storytellingExplain design rationale and challenge assumptionsCoach designers and provide thoughtful critique feedbackRequirements:
Five or more years in Product Design, UX Design, or related fieldsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsDeep understanding of user experience, IA, and visual designExperience shipping products and solving customer problemsDesign degree or relevant application design experienceUse research, communication, and experience design expertise to improve how legal professionals work with Clio.
