Talent.Com is seeking a Founding Engineer to take technical ownership of an AI-native platform. You will ship end-to-end from FastAPI backends to customer-facing UI (Next.Js/React) and establish the team’s workflows, architecture, and quality standards.

You’ll own frontend and backend decisions, design patterns, and a foundation for the team’s growth, while engaging with customers and translating feedback into product improvements in a quick-paced startup environment.
