Develop and execute business development strategies for mining markets across Western and Northern CanadaIdentify opportunities in mine development, sustaining capital, site services, and closure projectsBuild and manage a qualified pipeline of civil, earthworks, and mining opportunitiesEstablish relationships with mine owners, operators, developers, engineering firms, and EPCMsPosition the organization early in project lifecycles ahead of formal procurement processesLead pursuits involving earthworks, mine civil, tailings, water management, and reclamation servicesCollaborate with Indigenous communities and partnership stakeholders near project sitesSupport proposals, negotiations, forecasting, opportunity assessments, and CRM reportingRequirements
Bring 7+ years of business development, commercial leadership, or project development experiencePossess 5+ years of direct mining or mine-site contracting experienceDemonstrate an established network across mining companies and engineering firms in Western and Northern CanadaShow success developing and converting multi-discipline civil and mining chance pipelinesUnderstand mine development, permitting, construction, operations, and closure processesApply knowledge of civil construction, earthworks, tailings, water management, or reclamation projectsCollaborate effectively with estimating, operations, project delivery, and executive leadership teamsHold a degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferredThis posting is for an active opening.
