You will partner with leadership on sourcing, structured interviews, test projects, onboarding, performance frameworks, contractor renewals, and leadership enablement. The role includes one direct report and heavier near-term recruiting responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:




Source and filter candidates across multiple channelsRun test projects and structured group interviewsOptimize sourcing channels and maintain recurring-role shortlistsManage Glassdoor feedback and protect brand reputationDesign people systems supporting engagement and retentionRequirements:
Three to five-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experienceFive-plus years of progressive human resources experienceExperience hiring marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership rolesExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.PhBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldLead talent acquisition, workforce systems, and contractor-focused people operations while supporting Hadley Designs’ continued growth.
