The 12-month contract supports the Investment Division through research, project coordination, committee processes, communications, and senior management onboarding. Success requires discretion, organization, and confident collaboration across executive and employee levels.Key Responsibilities:

At least seven years working directly with investment professionals and executivesAbility to protect confidential materials using sound professional discretionExperience balancing complex tasks, priorities, and deadlinesKnowledge of financial software for producing expense reportsExcellent planning, communication, organizational, and relationship management skillsApply executive judgment, relationship management, and accurate coordination to help strengthen OPTrust’s Investment Division and CIO office.
