You will support ScreamingFace and AI Oversight while working with distributed systems, LLM infrastructure, and privacy-enhancing technologies. The role requires technical judgment without production coding.Key Responsibilities:
Own flagship initiative delivery from goals through release datesBuild AI agents for status, risk, and planning workflowsMaintain milestones, dependencies, roadmaps, and OKR plansCoordinate partner pilots, launches,



and grant milestonesReport progress and trade-offs to leadershipRequirements:
Seven-plus years managing technical projects or programsExperience building project management practices teams consistently useExperience shaping processes for AI-native engineering teamsHands-on AI agents, automations, or workflow experienceComfort reading code, pull requests, and architecture documentsBring AI-native delivery leadership, technical fluency, and disciplined program management to OpenMined’s ambitious initiatives.
