This strategic leadership role manages monthly fleet P&Ls;, capital planning, preventive maintenance compliance, and safety standards. You will mentor fleet professionals while partnering with branch leaders, compliance teams, maintenance groups, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5–8+ years of progressive fleet management experience3+ years of leadership or people management experienceStrong financial literacy involving fleet P&Ls; and budgetingPeriodic travel throughout the assigned area or regionDirect fleet performance, safety, maintenance compliance, and financial planning while supporting GFL Environmental’s regional operations.
