KDB Technical Services in Montreal is seeking an IT Helpdesk specialist to provide first-line remote support for small and medium-sized businesses. You will handle ticket-based issues, assist with user accounts, and support antivirus and backup solutions.

You will document work, escalate complex problems, and communicate clearly with clients. This is a adaptable, non-9-to-5 role with invoicing by ticket time; a self-starter mindset and bilingual English-French are required.
