This position requires temporary relocation.As Superintendent and Quality Control Manager, you will report to the Project Manager while directing construction work and implementing the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan. Responsibilities span subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, schedule monitoring, submittal control, safety compliance, and corrective actions. The work supports federal construction projects and complex site conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, schedule, coordinate, and supervise construction workManage preparatory meetings, initial inspections,



and follow-up inspectionsDevelop look-ahead schedules and monitor progress dailyPerform quality inspections and witness acceptance testsIdentify hazards and develop activity hazard analysesRequirements:
Ten or more years of combined construction experienceMinimum two years as a Quality Control ManagerExperience on a project valued above twenty-five million dollarsUSACE CQM certification and OSHA 30-hour certificationFamiliarity with EM 385-1-1 and federal constructionApply construction leadership, quality control, scheduling, and safety expertise while supporting Perini Management Services projects in Newfoundland.
