Expand BBA’s Strategic Advisory practice by mobilizing experts, strengthening methodologies, and coordinating category growth across markets and geographies. As Director, Strategic Advisory, Category Management, you’ll develop the communities, tools, intellectual property, and methods supporting consistent advisory delivery. You’ll coach Category Leaders, facilitate collaboration, and coordinate thought leadership with Marketing and Communications. The role includes approximately 30–40% billable contribution through select high-value mandates and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a Strategic Advisory community of practice

Coach Category Leaders and support cross-category collaboration

Mobilize experts for offerings, proposals, and client delivery





Coordinate thought leadership around strategic market issues

Provide quality oversight for strategically key mandates

Requirements:

Experience mobilizing multidisciplinary experts across geographic boundaries

Experience developing advisory methodologies and value propositions

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities

Inspirational, rigorous, ethical, and results-driven leadership

Relevant degree in engineering, business, science, or sustainability

Strengthen BBA’s advisory practice through expert mobilization, methodology development, category leadership, and high-value strategic client work.
