Shape competitive SCADA proposals with strong technical writing and organization at Survalent Technology Corporation. This is a full-time permanent position. As a Proposal Specialist, you will develop accurate customer-focused responses to RFPs and RFQs. You will combine proposal preparation, cost allocation, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Proposals Manager and supports Survalent’s smart grid solutions for utilities.

Analyze RFP and RFQ requirements for technical and commercial proposals

Prepare accurate proposals covering scope, methodology, and implementation services

Gather technical, financial, and operational information from teams

Track quotations, orders, customer files, and proposal workloads

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field

Experience in SCADA, automation, or information technology preferred

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

Robust English writing, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills
