to join Solink’s legal team. You’ll support enterprise deals and help build our privacy, AI governance, and compliance programs. You’ll advise on commercial contracts, privacy and AI, employment, and corporate matters for our hardware-enabled SaaS business,



often with significant independence. Commercial Contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Terms of Service, Data Processing Addenda, AI Addenda, Reseller Agreements, and vendor contracts.
Act as the first point of contact for Sales on routine contract questions and customer redlines.
Apply Solink’s contract standards and fallback positions, and bring deviations outside approved thresholds.
Help update and maintain contract templates in our contract management system.
