As a VON nurse, you'll deliver holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, seniors, and support their families. You'll have the opportunity to work in clients' homes, in our clinics, virtually, and engage in community outreach. Our Visiting nurses provide client care in the client's own home. They provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counselling to individuals and families and much more.

Must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
Community health experience is an asset

Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a agile environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics.
