Lead early phase clinical research projects at Syneos Health, applying GCP knowledge and strong organizational skills across interdisciplinary studies.

This Clinical Project Manager oversees study delivery from launch through closeout. The role coordinates customers, study partners, and project teams while managing quality, timelines, budgets, and compliance. It also supports risk mitigation, inspection readiness, and complete project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies as project manager

Coordinate customer, study partner, and project team activities

Manage quality, timelines, budgets, and financial performance

Oversee project plans, deliverables, reports, and meetings

Maintain TMF and study information across systems





Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulations

Relevant therapeutic and clinical research organization experience preferred

Solid organizational, time management, and independent working skills

Excellent written, spoken, presentation, and interpersonal communication
