Operations Coordinator VTR Feeder Solutions Inc. - We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team. This is a current role that will provide operational, administrative, and communication support across our Operations Departments, including on the Assembly floor. This role also oversees all Facility and Building Maintenance under the Plant Manager’s authorization. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, demonstrating strong project and time management, communication, and organizational skills. They will exhibit strong problem-solving skills and flexibility, with the ability to manage changing priorities and tasks assigned.

Shift Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour Day Shift; Employee must be on-site by 8:00am
- ½ Overtime paid after 40 hours

Hourly Rate: $26.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience
Management and enhancement of the Building Maintenance program
Management and facilitation of work orders
Updating of facility layout
Preventative maintenance planning & scheduling for equipment
Prepare Building Maintenance progress reports to Management team as required
Manage Production Report Track for all departments




Assist Project Management team as required
General tidying of Assembly Floor and other production areas
Previous experience in a similar Operations/Project Coordinator or Assistant, or administrative role
Knowledge of new policy and procedure creation and implementation
Knowledge of the outgoing machining process, including quality control
Experience creating and updating facility and building layouts
Ability to direct and manage change
Strong attention to detail and organizational and time management skills
Exemplary customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
Verifiable Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience; Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment as an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Understanding of project management principles as an asset
Overtime after 40 hours
