Own Shopify quality remotely with Lazer, using test strategy and enterprise commerce integration expertise across a six-month contract.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will guide testing for a large enterprise Shopify program. You will prioritize risk, validate storefront experiences, and coordinate quality through launch. The work includes APIs, file-based data feeds, and systems such as ERP, order management, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Own test plans, risk priorities, and launch sign-off

Test Shopify storefront pages, checkout, promotions, and consent

Validate integrations, APIs, S3, SFTP, and transaction reconciliation

Maintain defects and provide weekly QA status reporting

Lead QA delivery and manage TestRail, Jira, and Confluence

Requirements:

Hands-on Shopify cart, checkout, and promotions testing

Enterprise integration testing with APIs and file-based feeds

Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium

Understanding of version control, CI/CD, and Shopify architectures

Availability for Eastern Time business hours
