As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst, you will work with customers throughout implementation projects. The work supports local governments through improved operational efficiency and service delivery.

Configure, test, and validate CityView software solutions

Coordinate legacy data conversion with specialists

Deliver remote and classroom-led end-user training

Five or more years in configuration, analysis, or training preferred

Experience documenting client processes, data, or systems

Solid business analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of local government processes preferred

Ability to travel up to fifteen percent

Apply business analysis, software configuration, process mapping, and training expertise while delivering CityView solutions to government clients.
