Brand House ManagerOrganizational Layer (global, regional or local): Local

Hours: Saturday / Sunday – 5-7.5 hours per day (1 to 3 days per week)

General Description of the Role: The Retail Staff member is responsible for representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, while delivering exceptional customer service and sales objectives. Mission: The Retail Staff supports all retail operations as directed, contributing to a safe, efficient, and customer focused environment.

Retail Store Operations -

Support daily retail store operations during scheduled shifts.

Assist with inventory management, restocking and general store presentation

Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Offer product samples in accordance with company policies and regulations

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail setting throughout each shift

Adhere to all company policies and government regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol

Protect company assets by following cash handling, reconciliation and inventory control proceduresComplete daily balancing of cash, debit and credit transactions as required

Always demonstrate responsible alcohol service and consumption practice in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
