Lead inclusive 2SLGBTQ+ EarlyON programming across Toronto using play-based learning, family support, and strong group facilitation skills. This full time role combines onsite, offsite, and virtual delivery. Reporting to the Manager, Intergenerational Initiatives, the Coordinator supports children ages 0 to 6, families, caregivers, and prospective families. The work includes planning designated programming, developing resources, and promoting affirming gender and sexual diversity. You will collaborate with partner sites, EarlyON providers, Toronto Children Services providers, and community organizations.

Build partnerships with providers and community organizations

Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators registration

Experience supporting families, caregivers, and children

Experience with 2SLGBTQ+ families or gender-diverse children
