Lead advanced process engineering for Worley in Toronto, applying technical judgment across complex projects and multidisciplinary delivery. This full time position supports lifecycle execution.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will guide process engineering from concept through commissioning and potential operational support. You will develop robust solutions, review technical deliverables, and apply codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. The work includes calculations, analyses, equipment requirements, and technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review process studies, calculations, specifications, and reports

Prepare PFDs, P&IDs;, balances, descriptions, and equipment requirements

Evaluate technical problems and recommend practical alternative solutions





Coordinate process activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams

Support safety reviews, procurement, commissioning, and technical issue resolution

Requirements:

Typically 8+ years of relevant process engineering experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

Ontario Professional Engineer registration or eligibility

Experience applying codes, standards, regulations, and customer specifications

Strong technical review, communication, and mentoring abilities
