This Senior UX Designer role focuses on creating collaborative and social digital products. You will own major projects, explore user needs, test concepts, and shape recommendations with product managers. You will also work with engineers to balance design quality and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Design collaborative and social online learning experiences

Explore multiple approaches and recommend thoughtful solutions

Research user goals through interviews and usability testing

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks

Align stakeholders and adjust scope when challenges arise

Requirements:

Seven or more years designing products for end users

Full design toolkit proficiency from flows through testing

Strong visual design and pixel-perfect execution

Experience working with established design systems

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and development constraints

Use product design craft, user research, and Figma proficiency to improve NovoEd’s team-oriented learning experiences.
