Director, Partner Sales – Canada

Join us at an exciting moment for Salesforce Canada! We're looking for a agile, entrepreneurial leader to join our Alliances & Channels (A&C;) Partner Sales team and help design, launch, and scale a bold growth plan for our Systems Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem within Canada. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the RVP, Partner Sales Lead — perfect for someone who blends strategic vision with a true "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution mindset.





You’ll be at the center of one of the fastest-growing parts of our business, driving the go-to-market strategy across our full Customer 360 platform — including the newest innovations in AI and Data. You’ll build senior-level relationships across SI partners and internal stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor to Canada's Financial Services and Telco sales leadership, and be accountable for exceeding jointly-set performance targets with our partners.

Trusted Business Partner — Build credibility with sales, partners, marketing, and A&C; C360 teams by bringing a sharp point of view on sales and partner strategy, staying detail-oriented and proactive, and driving the Canada GTM strategy through strong partner alignment.
