We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer / Android Development Lead to join our dynamic team and support one of our major banking clients.

Required Skills and Technical Experience

Native Android Development (7+ years): Strong hands-on experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDK, and modern Android development frameworks.

Hands-on experience migrating existing hybrid Ionic applications to native Android applications.

Google Play Store Deployment (2+ years): Experience preparing, signing, packaging, submitting, and deploying Android applications to the Google Play Store,



including managing app releases and version updates.

Release and Rollout Strategy (1+ year): Experience with Android release management, staged rollouts, version control, deployment planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and rollback strategies.

Knowledge of Android architecture patterns and frameworks, such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android Jetpack components. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
