~ Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact to successful hire.
Build candidate pipelines and work with Account Managers to meet changing staffing needs.
Represent GardaWorld at career fairs and community recruitment events.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.

- Solid communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus on quality.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business or a related field is an asset.
