Our partner is looking for an External Wholesaler, Guaranteed Wealth Solutions – Entrepreneurial Channels based in Canada.
As an External Wholesaler, you will drive business growth and expand the adoption of guaranteed wealth solutions across the independent financial advisor market in British Columbia. You will build and strengthen relationships with advisors, helping them identify opportunities to enhance their practices and better address clients’ wealth accumulation, retirement, income, and protection needs. Through consultative selling, strategic territory management, and business development, you will contribute directly to ambitious sales and production objectives. You will work closely with internal sales partners and cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and valuable market insights. Develop and execute a territory sales and business development strategy targeting independent financial advisors across British Columbia.
Achieve ambitious sales targets and annual production objectives.
Conduct needs‑based, consultative sales conversations to position guaranteed wealth solutions effectively.
Help advisors identify opportunities involving wealth accumulation, retirement planning, guaranteed income, and client protection.
Collaborate with internal wholesalers and broader sales teams to increase advisor engagement and drive business results.
Partner with distribution, product, marketing, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated support and solutions.
Maintain consistent virtual and in‑person contact with advisors, managing sales opportunities and activities through contact management systems.
Share successful sales practices, market intelligence, and business development strategies with colleagues.
Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and attend occasional evening or weekend advisor events.




The ideal candidate combines financial services sales expertise with strong relationship‑building abilities, commercial awareness, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development. Post‑secondary degree or diploma in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
At least 5 years of demonstrated success in financial services sales, wholesaling, business development, or a comparable advisor‑facing role.
Experience selling or supporting wealth management, investment, insurance, retirement, or guaranteed wealth solutions.
Solid knowledge of investment and retirement markets, with the ability to translate complex product concepts into transparent, compelling solutions for advisors and clients.
Proven ability to develop new business, build lasting professional relationships, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Strategic territory management, business planning, and commercial decision‑making capabilities.
Creative thinking, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout British Columbia and participate in occasional evening or weekend events.
Fully remote work arrangement in British Columbia.
