Strengthen Pricebook controls and POS reliability as a Pricebook POS Systems Analyst supporting Quickie’s multi-site retail operations. Testing and troubleshooting are central.

Reporting to the Price Book Supervisor, this Analyst investigates system exceptions and supports accurate retail-system execution. The work includes structured testing, user acceptance testing, audits, troubleshooting, system-change validation, and support for stores and internal users. The Analyst also documents procedures, trains users, and identifies automation or workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Test recent items, pricing, promotions, configurations, and system changes

Document results and elevate risks before implementation

Support stores and internal users with Pricebook and POS issues

Develop procedures, work instructions,



and validation checklists

Identify manual processes and recommend automation improvements

Requirements:

Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Two or more years in retail systems or related functions preferred

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn system relationships

Experience with configuration, data validation, or large datasets

Effective communication across cross-functional internal and external teams

Use technical aptitude, POS testing, system troubleshooting, and process improvement skills to support Quickie’s retail-system integrity.
