Levante Living is a rapidly growing retirement living portfolio (23 properties under

management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living

remain focused on excellence in team member experience, resident satisfaction, and financial

performance. The RPN Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
- Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible




- Lead for infection prevention and control practices
- Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support growth opportunities
- Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
- Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
- Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
- Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
- Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
- Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
