They play a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards, fostering a positive team workplace, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. This role requires working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off).

and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs.

Proficiency in production software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.

Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off), including holidays and overtime as required.
