In this specialist position, you will support clinical research by shaping patient recruitment and engagement approaches. The work includes coordinating campaigns, strengthening relationships with patient advocacy groups and community organizations, and maintaining respectful communication throughout recruitment. You will also evaluate recruitment performance, identify barriers, and translate findings into practical improvements.

Requirements:
