We are looking for a welcoming and highly organized Part Time Receptionist to support front-desk operations for a financial services office in Surrey, British Columbia. This Long-term Contract position is well suited to someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, managing multiple administrative tasks, and responding calmly to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will help keep the office running smoothly by coordinating visitors, mail, deliveries, supplies, and meeting support while providing dependable day-to-day service.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome employees, members, and guests in a detail-oriented manner and direct them appropriately upon arrival.
- Oversee courier activity by receiving packages, recording deliveries, and ensuring items reach the correct recipients on time.
- Handle incoming and internal mail by sorting, distributing,



and maintaining accurate tracking records for office correspondence.
- Arrange catering for meetings and workplace events, including placing orders and assisting with food setup when required.
- Monitor office supply levels and replenish materials to support uninterrupted daily operations.
- Issue and track security or visitor passes as needed while following office procedures.
- Support parking-related arrangements and help coordinate access for visitors and staff when required.
- Provide general reception and administrative assistance, including responding to calls, emails, and routine inquiries in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
- Step in during vacation or sick leave coverage periods to help maintain consistent front-desk and office support services.
