Phoenix Youth in Halifax, NS, seeks a Team Lead for the Phoenix Supportive Housing Program (PSHP). The role oversees case management for 10 youth, supports three Key Workers, and provides counselling and crisis support within Phoenix House.

The position reports to the Phoenix House Manager and benefits from a comprehensive program and on-site supervision. The ideal candidate has a relevant social work degree, 2+ years with youth, and a commitment to anti-oppressive practice, with health advantages
