THIS ISN'T YOUR AVERAGE SHOP FOREMAN POSITION

You'll still be on the tools, but your impact will go far beyond your own repair orders.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading by example with strong personal productivity.

• Helping technicians diagnose and repair challenging mechanical and electrical issues.

• Coaching Journeymen and apprentices to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Identifying bottlenecks and keeping work moving through the shop.

• Supporting quality repairs and reducing comebacks.





• Working alongside the Fixed Operations Director and service team to improve overall shop performance.

• Building a positive, accountable, high-performing shop culture.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Red Seal Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification.

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles preferred.

• Previous shop leadership or mentoring experience.

• A proven ability to produce strong flat-rate hours.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• The confidence to lead experienced technicians while developing apprentices.

• A results-driven mindset and pride in quality workmanship.
