We are seeking a Salesman/Appointment Setter to join a small sales team and report to the Sales Manager. This role focuses on Loan selling through outbound prospecting, using phone, email, and SMS to connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for new leads through outbound calling and other outreach activities.
- Engage prospects by phone, email, and SMS.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and fit.
- Set and schedule appointments for qualified prospects.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain productive conversations.
- Apply a product-focused selling approach throughout the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

- Entry-level experience in sales or appointment setting.
- Experience with lead generation, outbound calling, or sales prospecting.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling and objection handling.
- Solid active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
