Class 1 Driver – Cattle Hauler

Location: Lloydminster area

Pay: $30 per hour plus benefits

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is recruiting a Class 1 Driver – Cattle Hauler on behalf of our client in the Lloydminster area.

This position involves hauling cattle from stockyards in the Midwest area to our client's feedlot near Lloydminster, as well as to other feedlots and farms throughout the Prairie region.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport cattle between stockyards, feedlots and farms.
- Load and unload livestock using safe, humane handling practices.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation records.
- Communicate with dispatch, stockyard personnel and receiving locations to coordinate deliveries.




- Follow applicable transportation and livestock handling requirements.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
- Robust commitment to safe driving and animal welfare.
- Cattle hauling or livestock handling experience is an asset.
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
- Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic.

Compensation

- $30 per hour.
- Benefits package.
