Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the food industry
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must be personable, approachable, and able to create a positive guest experience
- Must be at least 21 years old (or age appropriate per local regulations)
