Job Overview

A Concrete Supervisor oversees all phases of concrete construction, including site preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality/safety standards. They manage crews, interpret blueprints, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure compliance with specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of concrete, and effective communication with project managers.

Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Managing and Training concrete crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
- Operational Oversight: Reviewing blueprints, determining material needs, and supervising site preparation, placing, and curing.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Ensuring projects meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
- Problem-solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the pouring or finishing process.

Requirements





- Technical knowledge: Expertise in concrete materials, tools, and up-to-date techniques.
- Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry, often with specialized experience in concrete.
- Leadership: Strong ability to interact effectively with project managers, clients, and workers.
- Have all necessary training/certifications
- Blueprint reading skills
- Minimum 5 years Site Supervisor experience
- Computer literacy
