Overview

Vineyard Workers support the care and upkeep of vineyard grounds, vines, irrigation systems, and equipment. This hands-on role combines horticulture, routine maintenance, and safe use of tools and machinery to help keep daily vineyard operations running smoothly.

Duties

- Assist with vine and ground care, applying horticultural practices and supporting irrigation tasks.
- Maintain vineyard areas and equipment; use hand tools and power tools for routine work.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment as assigned, following safe work practices.
- Lift and move supplies, complete basic measurements and calculations, and report maintenance needs.
- Your impact: Reliable care of vines and equipment helps colleagues keep vineyard work on schedule.

Qualifications

Required:



Practical ability to perform hands-on outdoor work, lift heavy items, use hand and power tools, and apply basic math to measurements and routine tasks. Mechanical knowledge and attention to safe equipment use support irrigation, maintenance, and vineyard duties. Preferred: Experience or familiarity with horticulture, irrigation systems, farm machinery, and heavy equipment operation is beneficial, along with a dependable, team-oriented approach to completing diverse tasks.

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
