Job Overview

As a Key Holder/Espresso Shop team member at Blue Mountain, you’ll support daily shop operations, prepare and serve food and beverages, and help create a welcoming hospitality experience. You’ll contribute to smooth service by supporting the team and assisting customers throughout their visit.

THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB THAT REQUIRES FULL TIME AVAILABILITY INCLUDING WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, LONG WEEKEND. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE RELIABLE SOURCE OF TRANSPORTATION OR HAVE THEIR OWN VEHICLE(PREFERRED)

Duties

- Prepare food and beverages, including espresso drinks, following food handling and food safety practices.
- Serve customers, provide attentive customer service, and process transactions using POS systems; handle cash accurately.
- Support team management, supervise shop activities, and help coordinate daily operations as a key holder.
- Assist with interviewing and restaurant management tasks as needed, contributing to an organized,



team-oriented workplace.

Skills

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, serving, customer service, cash handling, POS, and food safety capabilities support safe, accurate service and daily shop duties. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, food industry, hospitality, hotel, bartending, or barista experience; supervising experience, leadership, team management, interviewing, restaurant management, and familiarity with Micros POS are advantageous. Your impact: Reliable service helps customers enjoy their visit and colleagues keep operations running smoothly.

Pay: $17.95-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
