Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking sales meetings and closing prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work in a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Taking sales meetings and closing prospects
- Keeping CRM records up to date
- Finalise sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision to update customer records and transaction details.
- Engage with customers via phone using professional etiquette, addressing queries and providing assistance.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve closing strategies.
- Maintain organised records of daily transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in training new team members on closing procedures and communication protocols.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and follow-up actions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in data entry, sales closing, or customer service roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer feedback effectively.
- Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred but not essential; however, fluency in at least one additional language is desirable.
