Summary

Youngs Insurance is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Marketer to join our dynamic Commercial Marketing team. In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day support to Account Executives and Marketers, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of commercial submissions. Responsibilities

- Enter submission data accurately into EPIC Broker Management System
- Assign submissions to the appropriate Marketer
- Assist Marketers with binder preparation and documentation
- Handle the binders & administrative duties for brokers, when needed
- Support the Director of Marketing with various administrative and departmental tasks




- Help maintain consistent service standards and contribute to team goals

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic Commercial Lines coverages, products, and markets
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities independently
- Positive team attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
