Security Supervisor — Toronto, ON (Full-Time)

Secure Hospitality Solutions provides hospitality-focused security for upscale restaurants, bars and nightlife venues. We're looking for a hands-on Security Supervisor in Toronto, ON to lead our on-site teams and be the trusted point of contact for our clients.

SCHEDULE

- Full time

- Evening, late-night and weekend shifts, matching venue hours

PAY

- Starting at $52,000 per year (CAD)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead, coach and support guards on site across client venues

- Build schedules, confirm coverage and run shift check-ins

- Review and deliver incident reports to clients — accurate and on time

- Act as the main liaison with venue managers and owners

- Train new and existing guards on door procedures, ID checks, de-escalation and reporting

- Step in directly on high-traffic nights and during incidents

- Keep teams compliant with licensing and company standards

WHAT YOU NEED

- Valid Ontario Security Guard licence (PSISA) in good standing





- Valid Emergency Level (Basic) First Aid and CPR certification

- 2+ years of licensed security experience, ideally in hospitality, nightlife or events

- Prior lead-hand or supervisory experience

- 18+ and legally entitled to work in Canada

- Strong communication and report-writing skills

- Calm, professional leadership under pressure

- Must be available evenings and weekends

NICE TO HAVE

- Smart Serve certification or familiarity with AGCO liquor-service rules

- Experience at a busy bar, restaurant, club or event venue

- Additional languages (e.g., French, Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Punjabi)

- Scheduling or workforce-management software experience
